Description

Provençal summers tend to grab the headlines, but we believe that winter is an equally good time to celebrate the rich culinary traditions of Southeastern France. Famous for the mistral, the strong northern wind that blows across the region, residents of Provence have found the secret to fighting the chill with hearty dishes like wine-braised meats, roasted root vegetables, and the perfume of herbs de Provence. Chef David Bazirgan, whose critically acclaimed menu at Bambara specializes in Mediterranean-influenced takes on classic bistro fare, will prepare a feast that will transport you to a cozy farmouse in Provence. Chef Baz will share his tips and techniques for capturing classic Provençal flavors as you enjoy your meal. And no trip to Provence would be complete without wine pairings from one of our favorite wine regions to accompany your meal!
