Description
We know that in the face-to-face world, Dynamic Facilitation is a powerful methodology for making meaning together, bringing creativity to complex challenges, and generating a strong sense of we.
Now the question is, how might we bring this approach effectively to on-line environment?
In early March, a stong circle of practitioners met in person, at the 3-day Dynamic Facilitation Deep Dive outside of Cologne. Then, some of us met again in Munich for an evening gathering hosted by the Dynamic Facilitation eV., along with a planning session the following day.
And now, here we are, amidst the current COVID-19 crisis.
Several of us have been feeling strongly called to explore how we can shift our practice of creative & collaborative meaning-making, to an online environment. We have been experimenting with a few different online tools and creating some prototypes these last several weeks, and now would love to have you join us for some "online DF". We'll be offering you the opportunity to experience these tools as part of a facilitated conversation, as well as, to debrief the experience together so we can adapt and fine-tune this ever-evolving process.
Our online workshop will consist of three sessions -- April 7th, 14th, and 21st, all with the same schedule. Please plan on attending all three if possible, as each session will build on the previous ones.
Hosting team: Kristina Henry, Astrid Köppel, Markus Goetsch, and Rosa Zubizarreta
Logistics: We are aiming for a maximum size of 25, including the hosting team. If you want to attend and there are no more tickets left, please write to us and we'll add you to a wait list. Conversely, if you have signed up and then find out that you won't be able to attend, please return your ticket so others can sign up. Thank you!!!
Also, if you are not able to attend at this time due to scheduling, but are interested in what we are doing, please write to let us know. It's likely that we will be offering more workshops on this in the future!
Till soon,
Rosa
