Event description

Description

This is a mandatory training for all students participating in Center for Social Justice programs and organizations that include direct contact with minors. This training will cover university policies regarding students’ rights and responsibilities as educators and caregivers. The goal of this seminar is to enable students to understand professional boundaries while working with children, recognize and learn how to report potential misconduct, as well as how to recognize and prevent bullying.

All registered attendees will receive a reminder email one day before their scheduled training date. This email will confirm the date, time, and room assignment for the training. If you are unable to attend the training as planned, please email Matt Ehlenbach (mwe6@georgetown.edu) to change or cancel your registration.

Accommodation requests related to a disability should be made at least five business days prior to your scheduled training date to Matt Ehlenbach (mwe6@georgetown.edu). A good faith effort will be made to fulfill requests made after that deadline.
