Protect Your Happiness: Overcome People-Pleasing to Reclaim Your Power
Event Information
About this Event
This workshop is hosted by ATTAINABLE and features a coach in The ATTAINABLE Network.
Let’s make happiness ATTAINABLE AF. One event at a time.
Join us each month as we dive into different topics to help you discover how happiness is attainable.
Our thoughts, daily interactions, and lifestyle choices in leadership and personal development connect back to our own happiness (or unhappiness). In this workshop, Allison Krawiec-Thayer of Poppylead will help us reclaim our personal power by getting clarity and creating boundaries to overcome people-pleasing tendencies.
In this 90-minute workshop you’ll learn:
- How to get clarity around what happiness and "leading our lives" looks like
- How to address some of the challenges that come along with leading our lives powerfully
- What happens when we allow ourselves to worry about “everyone else” and how to reclaim that power
This workshop is meant for you to learn, engage, be inspired, and connect with other attendees.
During the first 45 minutes you’ll learn from our speaker, then we'll have 15 minutes for Q&A, and finally a 30 minute group practice to implement what you learned into your own life.
After the event you'll receive a recap email and all the materials discussed throughout.
