About the Speaker

David Kalinchuk is the Economic Development Manager for Rocky View County. Surrounding the City of Calgary, Rocky View is one of Canada’s most diverse, dynamic and prosperous “rurban” municipalities. Dave has worked with many successful companies as they’ve expanded or moved into Rocky View. His responsibilities include investment attraction, site selector communications, marketing, and corporate image development.
