We'll spend a few minutes gauging the experience level in the room so we know which aspects of the mastermind to cover more in-depth. Danilo will briefly talk about his experience in lead gen and the steps he took to build a multi-million dollar company.

Offers come in all shapes and sizes. Direct response, e-comm, subscriptions, and the list goes on. But most of them won't last more than a few months. The key to long-term success is staying ahead of the curve and finding "evergreen" offers.

Market & Competitor Research
SWOT analysis isn't just for corporate suits. There's real value in learning what competitors are doing in the vertical you choose. Outside of using tools like SpyFu and SEMRush, there are other tips and tricks we'll share to get your campaign launched with the best possibility of producing the results you desire.

We'll continue researching best practices and key differentiators that you'll use to engineer your landing page including wireframe/design, colors, images, and of course...copy. Depending on how well-versed attendees are, we may move to the next section earlier.

Landing Page Brainstorm
Now that you've found an offer that you can build a business around and done your market research, it's time to build your landing page. We'll share best practices and give feedback on your initial designs and wireframe. The rest of the day will be spent on this section and we'll pick up where we left off on Monday, December 3rd.

R&R or Leisure Time
Take a break after a long session of learning tips and tricks to build a sustainable offer. You are free to relax or explore at your leisure.

Dinner
There's nothing better than a good dinner to cap off our first day of learning. We will have reservations at Fireplace Grill Steakhouse, which is in the building next to our hotel. Dinner is included with your registration.

Picking up right where we left off, we'll finish up your landing page design. Depending on how far we get on Sunday, there's a good chance we can do group feedback on everyone's wireframes.

Choosing Traffic Sources
Using what you've learned from market & competitor research, it's time to decide on your traffic source(s). We'll review the pros and cons of the most popular sources and give some insight on the lesser known sources.

Lunch
Lunch will be catered in a separate meeting room. You'll have the opportunity to continue networking and sharing ideas/best practices among attendees.

Build Your Campaigns
Now that we've built the infrastructure for your funnel and decided on traffic source(s), it's time to put it all together and build the campaigns. Danilo will go through his process and share the tools he uses to build campaigns efficiently.

Your campaign is up and running. If you know this industry, you've probably learned the hard way that clicking refresh every minute is not a sustainable optimization strategy. Optimization drives down cost and increases ROI. Successful campaigns are highly-optimized. We'll share the tools and tactics to give your business long-term sustainability. We'll conclude the event at this point and if time allows, another Q&A session.

To finish off the event, we'll all be headed to Summer Palace Cantonese restaurant (in the hotel). No agenda here. Let's enjoy the food, company, and everything we've learned. And get ready for Affiliate World Asia and the Bangkok Bash!

Attendee - Join us at the InterContinental Bangkok, right in the heart of Bangkok, for two days of intense learning. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included as well as snacks/drinks during the sessions. You'll be sitting amongst fellow marketers and industry pros, learning how to adapt your leadgen "hustle" to a sustainable business.

You'll also have full access to the mastermind recordings after the event for review.

Live Stream - For those that can't make the event due to scheduling conflicts, we will have a professional videographer on site to stream and record the entire event. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, but we can't guarantee all will be answered due to time constraints.
