Props Pilates Teacher Trainings

In this training we will explore how to make group Pilates classes or private sessions more exciting and noticeable with the incorporation of props.
Sometimes taking the same class over and over again works for people, but let’s face it, people get bored. I’ve found that it’s important to make the classes challenging but also fun, hard and also more effective— a great way to do this is by using props. Using props is a fun way to work on the abdominals, and it can target them at a deeper level. With the proper use of props we can change any movement into a movement that targets the abs—for any fitness level!
