Proposed Form 5500 Changes: What You Need to Know

This seminar describes the changes proposed to the filings by the Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service which are expected to be effective in 2020. The program will review changes anticipated for retirement plans as well as welfare plans, including participant disclosures and audit requirements affected by the proposed changes.
