The Proposal Development Process

Beginner: Organizations with less than three years in business or no government contracting experience.

If you have a product or service to sell to city, state, or federal Government customers, at some point, you will have to write proposals. Start the new year off by learning how to bid and win government contracts.

Learn how to digest a solicitation to properly organize a proposal. If you don’t submit a compliant proposal, your proposal will be rejected.

The course will be taught by Linda Cramer, a Certified Federal Contracts Manager, with 30 years experience in proposal development and contract administration. Ms. Cramer has orchestrated over $4 Billion in contract awards and started multiple successful defense contracting firms.
