Health Alignment Workshop
Yoga is great for gaining strength and flexibility and can help get rid of aches and pains. But if you don’t have proper alignment you could end up hurting yourself, especially in a fast paced class. Learn proper alignment to stay safe and deepen your practice.
This class will focus on healthy alignment, with particular focus on the lower quarter. We will focus on healthy engagement of supporting musculature to protect joints and avoid overstretching tissue.
