Come learn the basics of springtime seeding, while helping to start trays of seedlings that will be grown on the University's green roof.

About this Event

The College of Agriculture, Urban Sustainability and Environmental Sciences (CAUSES), University of the District of Columbia (UDC), is offering a propagation workshop. This workshop will cover how to start a seed so that it will produce the heartiest plants, and how to take care of your seeds as they grow into seedlings.

The University of the District of Columbia is conveniently located at the Van Ness/UDC Metro stop on the Red Line. There is a parking garage on campus for those who prefer to drive ($8 for 1-3 hours; $12 for 4-6 hours; $20 for 7 hours or longer). Limited street parking is available.
