This seminar will address the impact of "legal" marijuana in the workplace, including:
· Can employers still conduct drug tests that include marijuana screening?
· Can applicants be excluded if they test positive for marijuana?
· Can employees who test positive for marijuana be disciplined and/or terminated?
· How does Prop. 64 affect OSHA's recent limitations on post-accident drug testing?
· Does the new law affect D.O.T. drug testing requirements?
In addition, we will review the requirements for legal drug testing and maintaining a drug-free work environment.
