Anyone with an interest in promoting peace and increasing safety and well-being in our community. Professionals may get continuing education credits, including POST, CEU, and CLE credits, but the program is designed with lay people in mind, too.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. You do not need a printed ticket. The registration is to ensure we have enough materials to distribute to attendees, as well as enough food for lunch.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, we will not turn away anyone who wants to come to learn, share and network.

What if I can only come to part of the program?

You are welcome to come for any portion of the day.

What is the difference between the Waseca program and the Owatonna program?

The schedule and topics are the same, however some speakers will be local and will discuss local resources.

If I can't make it to the event I register for, may I attend the event at the other site?

Yes, please attend either the Waseca or the Owatonna event. The registration is to ensure enough food and handouts.

Where do I get more information about the Promoting Peace conference in Owatonna?

Promoting Peace Owatonna has a separate Event Brite website. https://promotingpeaceowatonna2017.eventbrite.com
