Event Details

We will discuss fitness goals, stretches and workout tips to do while on the job. Will go over the stretches to do at home and at work. These stretches will be demonstrated; participants are welcome. 

 

Brittanie of BMO-FIT is a North Carolina A&T Alumni, Certified Fitness Trainer, Nutrition Consultant, Professional Stretcher Therapist, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach based in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. She has been athletic all her life and has experience what it is like to attend therapy and recover from different injuries. Most of her structured experience comes from running D1 collegiate Track and Field, and then transitioning into the coaching and advisory roll amongst the colligate athletes and for different gyms. She is dedicated to empowering her clients with the knowledge, guidance, and resources to assist them on their journey to a healthier life. Brittanie’s training style consists of various techniques. She has experience in teaching general health and nutrition workshops, weight lifting to tone, gain, or lose body fat, Olympic lifts and explosive work, high intense interval training, boot camp workouts (all levels), Trap Zumba, Cardio and speed work sessions, calisthenics, resistance training, stretch classes similar to yoga and more. She is truly a well-rounded athlete and has worked with clients and groups of various ages (5-85), injuries and health issues. Her aim is to make your health goals become a reality.
