Description

Workshop Description:

Join us at a Professional Development workshop for Early Educators presented by "Mr. Jose" where he will explore how to use intrinsic motivation as an approach to interact with children using a nurturing and developmentally appropriate informed practice.

He will discuss how a pedagogical approach empowers children to acquire positive self-esteem, self-efficacy, and the self-regulatory skills that are conducive for kindergarten school readiness.

Participants will have the opportunity to discuss, demonstrate, and practice pedagogical methods, strategies, and techniques that promote children’s independent learning and autonomous behavior.
