Friday October 12th & Saturday October 13th

The Farley Center is pleased to sponsor this 2-day workshop in which participants will receive intensive training in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) with the use of Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE).
This workshop on Prolonged Exposure Therapy includes the basics of all components of PE as well as in-depth instruction on how to modify and tailor treatment to the individual client while maintaining adherence to this evidence-based treatment.
This training is conducted in a “hands-on” manner. The trainer will emphasize clear and practical instruction illustrated in lecture, audio/video clips, role-play demonstrations, and small group interactions.

Discuss evidence-based treatments for PTSD
Explain how to help clients reduce their symptoms of PTSD
