Description

Do you care for children and adolescents who have mild-to-moderate mental health concerns? Project TEACH can help you care for kids in your practice!

In collaboration with Project TEACH, Care Compass Network will be hosting a 1 hour workshop for all Care Compass Network prescribers and other key stakeholders on May 24, 2018 at Traditions at the Glen Hotel and Spa in Johnson City, NY from 5 to 7:30pm (Dinner will be served and a cash bar will be available). Registration begins promptly at 5:00pm.

THE MISSION OF Project TEACH is to strengthen and support the ability of New York’s pediatric primary care providers (PCPs) to deliver care to children and families who experience mild-to-moderate mental health concerns.

Project TEACH offers several important services at no cost to PCPs in New York State:

  • Telephone consultations with child and adolescent psychiatrists

  • Face-to-face evaluations for your patients – either in person or by telepsychiatry

  • Training and education in a variety of formats on assessment, treatment, and management of mild-to-moderate mental health concerns

  • Linkage and referral services to community mental health and support services for PCPs and families

Who should attend: Pediatricians, Family Practice Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists, Other Prescribers, Social Workers, Primary Care Nurses, Operations Manager, Site Administrators, Senior Management and Key stakeholders.

This workshop is open to all Care Compass Network Partners. Space is limited. Registration is required, save your seat today. 3ai Integration of Behavioral Health in Primary Care – Model 1 Care Compass Network Partners will be reimbursed for attending this workshop.
