Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Workshop for the PMO

Your Microsoft Account team invites you to the Project & Portfolio Management Summit and Workshop. The workshop is a free, half-day session for executives, project managers, and project team members to learn about the power of Microsoft Project Online and how it can help you improve your PMO planning, insight and tracking.
The workshop will be broken down in to two session tracks.
Morning Track (Business/Management): During the morning tack we will explore how you can leverage Project Online to improve the financial ROI of your Project Portfolio. This session will allow you to see how leverage Project Online to realize identify risks for your Project Portfolio. During the time you will see first-hand how you can streamline the demand management process for your new projects and give a first-hand look on how to do a detailed financial analysis of new and existing projects to get the most out of your portfolio with limited budgets and resources. Resource Capacity Planning will also be covered; customer case studies in related industries will be referenced.
Afternoon Track (Hands-on): During the afternoon track we will be facilitating a Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management sessions. An introduction to Project and Portfolio Management with Project Online and the new Office. Demos of all the features of Project Online and the new Office offers. It's a true-to-life user experience that takes you through common work-related scenarios such as staying productive while mobile, how to manage complex programs, and collaborating with coworkers on projects in real time. It also gives you a first-hand look at the fast and fluid experience of Project Online and the exciting features of the product across a variety of devices, including tablets, PCs and smartphones.
Sessions are led by a trained facilitator and are designed to be interactive, experiential and fun.
Note that sessions will be limited in attendance to the first twenty-five (25) attendees.
