Very few managers are ready to help others grow, learn and succeed when they are first tasked with the responsibility. Many never make the jump.
In 2009 Google embarked on a project (called Project Oxygen) where they were trying to understand what it was that made some managers effective and others less so.
On December 6th Culture Amp's Head Scientist will be sharing the learnings that Google discovered in an interactive 2 hour session utilizing tools to provide analysis on your business and address and apply what Google learnt to your managers.
This workshop will explore:
- 8 key behaviors of great managers
- How to quickly and simply provide feedback to managers on these factors
- How to tailor these factors to match your own organizational framework
