IT security projects are a priority for most corporations and organizations. The need for qualified Project Team Members and Project Managers has never been higher. This workshop lead by Prof. Bill Muskopf, MSPM, PMP®, Certified ITIL Expert, Certified Agile Practitioner, and Certified Risk Professional, will highlight the skills required to properly plan, manage and execute complex IT projects.
