Description
This course provides a hands-on learning experience, using the basic and intermediate functions and features of Smartsheet and how to use them to initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects. Topics include: creating a new project sheet, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and task relationships. Students will also create a base calendar with working and non-working days, assign resources to tasks, create task reports and collaborate with team and stakeholders using Smartsheet Sights.
