Project Management - Course Certification and PMP Exam Preparation

The Certificate in Project Management is built on core processes defined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Participants will learn the content necessary to pass the PMP Certification exam. The program addresses the people skills and real-world practices required for successful project managers. Taught by experienced practitioners and academics, program participants gain the analytical framework, communication techniques, strategic planning skills, and managerial insight to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and within scope. The program facilitates managers to be more accomplished, qualified, and efficient in their fields.
This program consists of 5 sessions: April 6, 7, 13, 14, 21
In addition to attendance, receipt of Project Management certficiation requires participants to complete a project, ideally in their workplace (although personal and team improvement projects are options as well).
Primary content for the course will be delivered during the first four modules, with the final module focused on participant presentations of their PM projects.
