Proposed Development at 3295 Mamquam Road
Join us for a project information meeting to learn more about a proposed development at 3295 Mamquam Road (Part of Lot A, DL 512, Plan EPP78733), located in Squamish, BC.
This development proposal includes:
- 340 apartment units, 30 ground-oriented Adventure Studios, and 54 detached multiplex units
- 127 rental units (30% of total), with 32 of those at below-market rates
- 3,400 m² of commercial space featuring a potential grocery store, daycare, and restaurant
- A public plaza and internal park system integrated into the natural landscape
- A request to reduce required parking due to site constraints, with a shared-use parking model
- Significant investment in alternative transportation, including over double the required residential bike parking and two new BC Transit bus shelters
This meeting is hosted by the applicant in accordance with District of Squamish policy. Attendees will hear a detailed presentation, have the opportunity to ask questions, and share feedback with the development team.
