Description

Prohibition is a musical comedy about the war on booze in Texas. This rowdy one-hour musical comedy tells the true story of the fight between the "Drys" and the "Wets." This show explores the epic struggle that dragged in Temperancers, doughboys, suffragettes and gangsters, and culminated in a notorious era of criminality and vice.

The play is a production of Texas Comedies and features professional actors from across Texas. The play is being hosted by the Seguin Commission on the Arts and all proceeds from the play go to benefit public art in Seguin.

Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite or at the Seguin Main Street Office at 211 North River Street or the Seguin Convention & Visitors Bureau at 116 North Camp Street. General Admission is $15.00 in advance, or $20.00 at the door. Purchase a Reserved ticket for $30.00 to include a meet-and-greet with the cast at 6:30 p.m. and a seat in the first five rows in the theater.
