Mon, Jul 31, 2017, 9:00 AM – Fri, Aug 4, 2017, 2:00 PM EDT
This course is designed for middle school students with limited or no computer programming experience. Campers will be utilizing the Python programming language, which is recognized as an official language at Google, to explore programming topics. Subjects such as variables, loops, and data types will be used to design algorithms and perform creative problem solving. All concepts are taught at a level and pace in a fun environment that allows campers to fully appreciate the beauty of programming. The goal is for students to continue exploring the world of software programming at home on the conclusion of camp. The course is taught at High Technology High School on Brookdale Campus with HTHS students as Teacher Assistants.
