Lessons, tips and insider expertise on starting a socially impactful food & drink business from the founders of Change Please, Rubies in the Rubble, Harry Specters & Too Good To Go.

If you are an aspiring social entrepreneur, already running your own organisation or are simply interested in learning more about business that makes a social impact, then you’ll probably want to join us for The Tastemakers on the 6th September.

Profit with Purpose - our new series of events focusing on socially impactful business – is your chance to meet and hear from a select group of successful social entrepreneurs. They will be sharing their best advice, biggest challenges and answering your burning business questions.

On Wednesday 6th September we’ll be hearing from a superstar line up of Food & Drink company founders:

Cemal Ezal, Founder of Change Please – a community-interest speciality coffee company

Jenny Dawson, Founder of Rubies in the Rubble – a sustainable food brand making high quality relishes and jams out of surplus produce that would otherwise go to waste

Shaz Shah, Founder of Harry Specters – a company dedicated to crafting delicious chocolates that create employment for young people with autism

Jamie Crummie, Founder of Too Good To Go – an app dedicated to raising awareness of food waste by making surplus food available for collection before a store closes its breakfast, lunch or dinner service

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with likeminded peers during networking and drinks after the panel discussion.

This event is delivered in partnership with Expert Impact who provides mentoring, advice and introductions to the next generation of leaders in the UK's impact economy.
