Join the eminent Professor Patrick Weil (University of Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne) as he reflects on the current dynamics of citizenship politics in Europe.
Professor Weil is Director of Research at the French National Social Research Centre (CNRS) Centre for Twentieth-Century Social History, University of Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne, and also a visiting professor in Law at Yale University. He is the author of a number of significant works on the history of citizenship, immigration and nationalism and is visiting Australia with the support of the Embassy of France in Australia, and as a guest of Western Sydney University. Deakin University's Contemporary History Research Group is honoured to host his visit to Melbourne.
