Vice President and Senior Philanthropic Advisor, Wells Fargo Private Bank

Kia Sullivan serves as a Senior Philanthropic Specialist for Wells Fargo Philanthropic Services within The Private Bank. In her role, Kia provides guidance and consultation to charitable individuals, families and non-profit organizations in order to achieve client goals.

Kia helps individuals and families to define and achieve their charitable objectives as part of their overall wealth plans. This may include gift and tax planning, multigenerational involvement, estate planning, and the creation and management of donor advised funds, private foundations, charitable trusts, and other charitable planning strategies. She also works with nonprofit organizations, where she advises in the areas of gift planning, endowment management, board governance, and other management issues. Kia collaborates with her clients and their other advisors to leverage resources to maximize the impact of their philanthropic activities and optimize giving experiences to create personal meaning and fortify legacy.


Anne YamamotoAnne M. Yamamoto

Senior Tax Partner, Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP

Anne is a senior partner in the Firm’s Tax Department. She serves on the Firm’s Board of Partners. She specializes in tax and financial consulting for individuals and has 40 years of tax experience. Her clients are many of Silicon Valley’s business leaders, including venture capitalists, founders, and chief executive officers of some of the area’s largest companies. Anne works with these individuals and their families to create optimal income, gift and estate tax solutions while also helping them achieve their wealth preservation, charitable, and other financial goals.
