About This Class
Behavior Design borrows product design techniques from the world’s most innovative companies to change human behavior. In this workshop, we will learn how to apply these techniques to create sustainable habits that support productivity, health, and wellbeing.

In this interactive workshop, we will explore lessons from applied psychology and persuasive technology, including the three main approaches to changing human behavior:
- Preparing your mindset
- Structuring the environment
- Streamlining the action
You will use these techniques to create a personalized behavioral plan for yourself, targeting a new productivity-related habit. We will also discuss Behavior Design in the workplace context, including digital and physical tools, accountability, and follow-through.

Tiago Forte is the founder of Forte Labs, a productivity consultancy and training firm based in San Francisco.
