About this event
Pippin is the tale of a theatre troupe presenting a lampoon of the court of Charlemagne with his son Pippin as the central character. Propelled by the Leading Player this is a story of dreams, magic and love. Pippin speaks to the everyman in us all looking for our season and our rhyme.
This Singers’ Theatre Workshop production will be directed and conducted by Kevin N. Wines in the Sharon Martin Hall of the Eisner Center for the Performing Arts on December 9 and 10 at 7 pm and December 11 at 2 pm.This musical by Stephen Schwartz, composer of Wicked and Godspell, has a book by Roger Hirson and Bob Fosse.
