The right customer feedback can hold the key to the features that will help a product grow and innovate. The problem is that there’s so much feedback coming in that it's difficult to analyze and prioritize it all (not to mention in one central and organized place!).

When used strategically, customer feedback can help you identify the problems worth solving and the features that will have the biggest impact on your business and product goals.

Join us for this event, where we’ll take a deep dive into how you can harness the power of your feedback to build customer-centric features and products. Our panel of industry experts will discuss all the tools, skills and processes product managers need to build customer-centric products.

Come for the free food and the new friends, stay for the engaging discussion.

Speakers:

Swapna is a Product Lead at RBC, leading their innovation stream to create products and digital solutions using lean methodologies in the financial planning and investments space.

Prior to RBC, Swapna was the Head of Product at a UK-based SaaS Data intelligence company and a Product Manager at Scholastic.

You can follow her via her website, Medium, LinkedIn and Twitter.

Martin is Senior Product Manager at Coinsquare, where he has recently taken on the company's efforts around payments and treasury for the company's flagship cryptocurrency exchange.

Over the course of his twenty year career shaping products and services, he has delivered transformational impact in retail, social media, education, event tech, and finance industries.

Karen works with the various digital product teams at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), helping them build stronger connections between them and their audiences. She implemented a system used to collet audience feedback and established processes to distribute that information to CBC's various digital product teams and content areas, like News, Sports, Radio, etc. She's now building on that work to enable those teams to consider audience feedback and UX research throughout the product development lifecycle.

Karen also coordinates joint research endeavours across the organization, with the goal of sharing research findings and collaboratively developing greater audience insights. She is passionate about protecting audience privacy and helping teams achieve their user experience goals.

Eleni leads marketing and growth at Roadmunk, and co-hosts the Product to Product podcast, where she interviews world-class product leaders about building their products and teams. Follow her on LinkedIn.
