**Speakers**

George Matthews – Product Manager at Microsoft

Following a PM (Program Manager) internship stint with Microsoft and graduation from Boston University's College of Engineering, George went back to the east coast and started at Avid Technology in Tewksbury, MA. The town's name was fun to say but that didn't stop him from re-joining the Microsoft collective after 9 months. He's currently coding with customers to help them solve their problems using Azure. When he isn't coding or pretending to be cool by making indie rock playlists, he's usually practicing one of his two questionably useful side talents: rolling into walls while training brazilian jiu jitsu, or making killer iced coffee. His Kevin Bacon number is 3.

Chris Allen – CEO and Co-founder at Red5 Pro

Chris Allen is an international speaker, software inventor and entrepreneur based in Boston, MA. He co-founded the open source Flash server Red5, where he and his team of volunteers reverse engineered Flash's RTMP protocol. He started the company Infrared5, a technology services company, in 2007 where he serves as its President. He is also an author on The Essential Guide to Open Source Flash from Friends of Ed.

Spondon Hazarika – Product Manager at Verizon

Spondon is a Product Manager within the Consumer Product group, based out the Verizon Innovation Center in Waltham, MA. He is responsible for ideating and launching new products and features and is currently focused on personal cloud-based products, along with greenfield New Product Ideation and Innovation. He brings over a decade of experience across verticals that include mobility, communications, healthcare, and media, from strategy to technology implementations.
