A product manager sets the product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for a product or product line. --Whether you want to pursue a career in product management, or you’re a product manager looking to advance your skills, this is the workshop for you. This workshop will also provide insight for engineers and managers on what to expect from product management teams.

Our speaker Mala Rajendra will teach you the secret sauce of product management. Leveraging over 15 years of experience, Mala will provide you with clear insight into product management expectations and an overview of the good, the bad, and the ugly. You will learn the skills necessary to become a great product manager and you will be able to use these tools to either advance your career, learn how best to work with product managers in your organization, or decide if this is the right path for you.

Mala Rajendran is a product coach and mentor for the next generation. Her students have been able to advance their product management careers using the applications and insight Mala has provided. Mala is passionate about changing the mindset of her students to empower them with the skills necessary to be a successful product managers. Currently, Mala working in product management for Kohls Digital. Previously, she has also worked in product management roles for Barnes & Nobles, Inc. (Mobile/eCommerce/Saas), Walmart Global eCommerce and Symantec.
