We'll start off this month's meeting by watching the IDEO shopping cart video from 1998. If you haven't seen it (or if you have but it's been ages!), it's a short video that covers the IDEO process of innovation, customer empathy, research, prototyping & delivering a new product (in 5 days!).

Then there's plenty of time to discuss the video & generally have a chat & get to know your fellow product managers!

We'll be in the back room of Bear & Bull (walk in, past the bar on the right & down a couple steps. You'll see the screen for the video).
