Join Aisha Moore and Emily Burrows for a seminar that will help you make a shift from living your life under constant stress to one where stress happens less often and when it does you know how to deal with it. Living under constant stress has serious consequences for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Creating a self-care plan is the first step to changing that pattern.

About your speakers:
Aisha Moore, MPH, CHC has worked in public health as a consultant and health educator for 16 years. Since 2014, Aisha has provided self-care development programs for nonprofits, businesses, associations, foundations, young professionals groups, colleges, universities and civic groups. She is the creator of the “Self-care Planning in 10 Steps” workbook and the “Self-care Bill of Rights.” Aisha has been featured on Beth Kanter’s Nonprofit Blog, MeditateThis! Podcast and the Get Your Mind Right Radio Show. Some of her past clients include the National Hemophilia Foundation and the Association of Black Psychologist. Emily Burrows, MPH, CHC is a coach, yoga teacher, and health educator who helps women become fiercely loyal to themselves. She offers self care coaching, private yoga, retreats, and workshops in the Triangle and online, and will lead a 6-week series on body peace and courageous living this fall. Emily is a Body Image Movement Global Ambassador, and has been featured on MindBodyGreen, Elephant Journal, Audible Yoga, DoYouYoga, and the 2016 Liberation Telesummit.
