Are you currently in a partnership with a local school? Or thinking about such an opportunity for your church or school?
Loving Houston, Spring Branch and Houston ISD are hosting a gathering that will provide an opportunity to expand and grow those partnerships, to network together, and learn from one another.
Come join us as we grow together to explore all of the ways the Church can serve the students, teachers, and parents in these Houston schools.
Breakfast will be served starting at 9:30, program to begin at 10:00. Come early to find parking, check-in (photo ID required), enjoy some great food, and meet some fine people who are diligently working to ensure the best possible future for our children.
Who should attend this event?
Pastors, ministers, staff, lay leaders of any church that already has a partnership with a school, and/or is interested in starting one (limit 2 per congregation, please).
Principals of all schools are encouraged to attend, to share ideas and perspectives with the group, and start or expand their own partnership (limit 2 per campus, please)
Can I bring a friend, staff person, or other guest?
Certainly! But in order to have an accurate headcount for breakfast, please either have them register, or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to add their name to the list.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
As this is a Houston ISD building, a photo ID is required for check-in.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Free parking is available, but limited, so come early to ensure a good spot!
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is not necessary to bring the ticket, but we do need each person that is attending to register so we can have an accurate headcount for breakfast.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes - please contact email@example.com.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes - no problem.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
That's fine - no collection of the actual tickets will be made.
