Get fitter, stronger and healthier learning the fundamentals of Primal Play. Primal Play Method workshops are designed to provide an enhanced learning environment for attendees; transforming individuals and organisations. Training is open to anyone, with no previous knowledge or experience required. You will also have a lot of fun doing it! Numbers are limited to ensure there is adequate and safe instruction for the group.
WHAT DO THE WORKSHOPS COVER?
Each workshop is a combination of physical movement instruction, team-building games, and discussions on health and well-being.

instruction on primal and functional movement
the ABCs of Agility, Balance and Coordination
breathing, mindful movement and stress management
fun solo, partner and group-based activities
Learn to move with power, strength and grace with locomotion inspired by the animal (and human) kingdom. Activities will be scaled and training adapted to suit the individuals taking part.
WHAT IF I'M OUT OF SHAPE?
The Primal Play workshop is open to all, regardless of fitness level, age, gender or ability. It will get you exploring movement in ways you thought were not possible - in a non-judgemental environment.
WHAT IF I'M FIT?
For many who are participating in a fitness program, will be surprised at how challenging some of these 'playful' movements can be. Elite-level triathletes, Crossfitters, parkour practitioners and martial artists who have experienced a Primal Play workshop can all testify to that.
WHAT TO BRING?
Workout gear (including appropriate wear for the elements). Snacks, beverages and lunch and most importantly an open mind.
