Workshop Description: Connecting to what feels good in our bodies is an essential part of connecting to ourselves and others. This workshop will support participants to get curious around what pleasure means to each of us as we reflect on how this power can be used to fuel movements of liberation. We will be using an arts-based approach where we create and keep a personalized zine about our own pleasure journey, whatever that might look like.

Learning Goals

  • Feel ownership & curiosity about what brings us pleasure and what doesn’t
  • Start to understand what a yes feels like, what a no feels like
  • Reflect on how pleasure can be tied to creating collective movements and resisting oppressive systems
