The Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF) virtual blended course, presented by United Natural Products Alliance.

About this Event

Part 2 will be taught by UNPA VP of Global Regulatory & Compliance, Larisa Pavlick. Larisa is an FSPCA Lead Instructor for Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF) and Foreign Supplier Verification Programs (FSVP), has 25+ years in the dietary supplement industry, and is the only former FDA investigator teaching this course. The December 2 -3, 2020 course will run from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

As a participant, you will receive Ms. Pavlick’s vast knowledge of the natural products industry. At the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Conduct hazard analysis and determine appropriate preventive controls
  • Define process, allergen, sanitation, and supply-chain preventive controls
  • Discuss verification, validation, recall, and recordkeeping requirements

Receive UNPA tools to apply this rule to your dietary supplement operation including an example Food Safety Plan for one of five key ingredient categories including various botanical models including green tea, Echinacea, or hemp, probiotic, fish oil.
