Prevent, Treat, Educate: Working Together to Reduce HIV, STDs, Viral Hepatitis and TB in Alaska
May 8-10, 2017
The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium's HIV/STD Prevention Program is partnering with the University of Washington STD Prevention Training Center and the Centers for Disease Prevention and Control to host the Prevent, Treat, Educate Conference.
ANTHC is inviting public health professionals and health care providers to a conference on how to best reach, treat and educate those at greatest risk for HIV and STDs, viral hepatitis and TB infections. This conference expands the Clinical STD Update that has been hosted by the University of Washington for health care providers annually in Anchorage, to a three-day conference that will also welcome providers from the behavioral, medical, social service and education fields that serve at-risk Alaskans.
Day 1: Clinical STD Update scheduled by the UW STD Prevention Training Center, limited to 70 participants.
Day 2 and 3: Clinical and non-clinical sessions that highlight the importance of integrative efforts to reduce rates of HIV, HCV, and STDs.
If you would like to attend all three days of the conference please choose the May 8th ticket and the May 9-10 ticket.
