Presidio Graduate School's Metro Monday in Seattle
Mon, May 15, 2017, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM PDT
Are you looking for an MBA program in Seattle that will empower and support you to change business for good and be flexible to fit into your schedule?
Do you seek a robust network of business and sustainability professionals who can help take you career to the next level?
If so, join us for 'Sustainable Monday' at the Seattle Impact HUB!
This is a great chance to experience the evening and weekend courses that make up the PGS Seattle Metro program. You'll get a taste of what makes Presidio Graduate School unlike any other school.
Now, more than ever, organizations and business leaders are challenged to think and act systemically; inclusive of social, environmental and fiscal concerns. Learn how you can leverage traditional and sustainable business skills together and create a more just and prosperous world without compromising the needs of others.
The day of your visit:
Please meet on the 3rd floor of the Seattle Impact HUB Pioneer Square at 220 2nd Avenue South in the Learning Studio at 5:30 pm, where we will kick things off with refreshments, introductions, and a brief overview of the MBA in Sustainable Business (Metro) program. At 6:00 pm we will join faculty member Elizabeth Burke in her Business Modeling and Decision Analysis course where students gain an introduction to quantitative analysis and decision-making methods and tools, including explorations of elementary statistics, optimization theory (linear programming) and decision theory (under conditions of uncertainty or risk). Typically visitors will stay for about an hour, but you are welcome to stay for the duration of the class (9:00 pm) if you choose.
Feel free to bring your dinner with you - many of our students will as well!
