Presidio Alumni Gathering @ Martorana Family Winery
Saturday, August 3, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (PDT)
Are you wondering about what (put in name) is up to since graduation? Are you thinking that a recharge with your Presidio tribe is just what is needed right now? And how about an excuse to enjoy a day in the Wine Country where organic farming, Bocce & wine are the order of the day?
Well, two fellow alums, Sharmila Singh and Susan Hopp have the solution. Please join us at Martorana Family Winery on Saturday, August 3 at 1pm to taste some wine, frolic in Dry Creek, and most fun of all, hang with fellow Presidians. $10 secures your place and gives you a full wine tasting. Bring your own lunch or order a Martorana box lunch for $15.
We hope you can make it!
When & Where
Martorana Family Winery
The Martorana Family Vineyards has been growing grapes in the Dry Creek Valley since 1983 and has produced some of the finest grapes for several well known wineries in the area. We farm 30 acres in two different locations in Dry Creek Valley. At Martorana Family Vineyards we are committed to organic farming practices and produce 100% of our wines from organically grown grapes. We are certified by CCOF, California Certified Organic Farmers. We produce Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Chardonnay. Our adage has always been to practice sustainable farming methods and to preserve our soil for the next generation of winegrowers. Our winery, which we constructed in 2007, has a Living Roof and picnic grounds on Dry Creek. We encourage you to come visit our hidden treasure and enjoy the beautiful countryside that we call Dry Creek Valley.
Living consciously in harmony with our community and environment, we craft incredible wines only from our organic Dry Creek Ranch. Martorana Family Winery is a causal and relaxed place where we create memorable experiences for everyone.
