This series is hosted by the MSU Extension Preservation program
A 3 class (3 week) series about preserving seasonal produce. Course content includes FDA food safety guidelines for home preservation and value added production, hands-on food preservation demonstrations, and water bathing your products.
MSU Extension & Brightmoor Artisans Collective are offering this series FREE to eligible participants.
