Join us for our monthly lecture series as a part of Now You're Cooking's 20th Anniversary celebrations in 2020!

Jenn Legnini of Turtle Rock Farm will be quick pickling some summer veggies as well as making a small batch of jam. She will talk about the canning process throughout and will give out illustrated canning instructions with some summer preserving recipes to make at home.
