PRESERVING THE HARVEST
Taught by Rhonda Schuldt of Local Goodness
Thursday, September 5, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Preservation is something we all can do to capture the bounty of the season. In this class, Rhonda will share a variety of techniques that can be adapted to preserve a cornucopia of the season’s fruits, vegetables and herbs, one small batch at a time. Recipes, which are subject to change based on availability of ingredients, include Peach-Lavender Jam, Curried Pickled Vegetables, Bruschetta-Style Salsa and Winter Greens Pesto. $50
If you prefer to pay with cash or gift cards, please visit the Cooking School upstairs at the Robinson Market District. The Cooking School staff will confirm if seats are available for this class, and you will pay at the registers.
