Upon completion of this class you will: 1- Understand how to safely store food in a variety of ways. 2- Be able to choose a food preservation method that fits the food type and your use for it. 3- Know how to choose a dehydrator, blancher, canner, and other tools for food preservation. 4- Have a list of food items you can begin preserving right away.
