We will meet at Ozuke in Lafayette and travel to Boulder’s Rowdy Mermaid Kombucha. After a morning in the kitchen at Ozuke learning to ferment vegetables, we will head to the the Rowdy Mermaid tap room for a locally-grown lunch and kombucha on tap. Once our bellies are full, we will head into the brewery and get to work learning the art of fermenting tea. *Please wear pants and closed-toed shoes. Hairnets will be provided for those not wearing hats.
