Description

In the US alone, over 33 million presentations are delivered each business day. Cutting through all that noise to get our message across can be a challenge. How can we as presenters spark action and ensure our message is heard? How much information is the right amount to share? How do we connect with our audience so that they take the message to heart?

Our Present to Influence program addresses these questions and provides additional guidance on how to take your presentations to the next level.

Join this small group, remotely delivered workshop for a unique opportunity to sharpen your presentation skills without having to travel to an in-person session. To emulate the benefits of an in-person session, participants will attend live, via video conference for the entire session. This allows each participant to present and receive coaching and feedback on content.

You will leave this training with practical strategies that you can immediately put to action to make your next presentation stand out.

What will I gain from the workshop?

  • A framework to structure compelling, audience-focused messages

  • Knowledge on packaging your data into a compelling story

Additional FAQ's

What's the refund policy?

Cancellation of your reservation 15 days before the workshop date will be refunded at 50% of the session fee. Cancellations of less than 15 days will not be refunded.

Where can I get more information?

For specific questions about the workshop and to determine if it is the right fit for you or your team, you can contact Nikki Prestidge at nprestidge@twoconnect.net.

What do I need to do to prepare ahead of time?

There are two steps you need to complete ahead of time. First, send the physical mailing address to present@twoconnect.net where you’d like the training materials to be sent to you. Second, come to the workshop ready to present the first 7 minutes of a recent or upcoming presentation. This is not something you create for the workshop, but is instead something you already have available to you.

Do I need any specific technology to be able to participate in the remote workshop?

All you need is a computer with a webcam, and a quiet place with good internet connection during the workshop. Plan to log into the session early to troubleshoot any technical problems.

How many people will be participating in this workshop at a time?

We limit the workshop to 4-5 participants at a time. This ensures all participants receive ample opportunities to interact, practice, receive feedback, and learn through observing others present.

My presentation I’d like to practice with has sensitive information included. What do you recommend I do?

We can appreciate that there may be information included in your presentation that is confidential or highly sensitive and cannot be shared with others. We advise that you remove any information you are uncomfortable presenting, or replacing the results with stand-in numbers. In this way, you can still have the opportunity to practice presenting real-world material, while also maintaining the confidentiality of your content.
