Through the short film Present Moment, one family’s perspective on how a chronic illness affects the whole family: the person with the disease or disability; the primary caregiver; and other family members who are less involved but care deeply. Being open, honest, and willing to ask for help is key to living the best possible life under difficult circumstances.
