Event description

Description

How do you design an incentive plan in your startup, that effectively attracts and retains talent and keeps the team motivated, without risking too much equity?

In this StartupTalk we look at the 'soft' and 'hard' incentive drivers - company culture and warrants - from the legal, HR and founder perspective.

We focus on three questions:

1. How do you build an incentive plan at different stages in a startup?

2. What legal aspects and pitfalls should founders be aware of when making a warrant program to protect their equity?

3. Why and how is company culture a strong driver of motivation in startup teams?

AGENDA:

17.15-17.30: Nicolaj Højer Nielsen: Introduction to incentivizing startup teams and the key factors founders should focus on.
